A polished investment memorandum presentation for EightClouds, shaped to make a real estate fund proposition feel structured, credible, and investor-ready.
EightClouds needed a presentation system that could carry detailed fund information without feeling dense or generic. The work focused on turning market analysis, investment strategy, team credibility, and fund mechanics into a structured visual document with a more premium investor-facing tone. Designed to support investor review, fund communication and stakeholder engagement within a premium real estate investment context.

The original challenge was not visual polish alone. The fund material needed a repeatable structure for explaining investment process, due diligence, market logic and risk control. I organised the document around a clearer investor review sequence: context, opportunity, method, risk, team and next steps.
